I started to look for a black Tiguan with sunroof 2024 because my current Tiguan 2014 is old. Plus, it is a 0 interest rate for 60-month financing. I contact different VW dealers. Mr. Caballero helped me reserve almost the last one in the market!!! He is the salesperson you can count on. He is very professional and made the process very fast and smooth. He is amazing! I am very happy about this purchase! Love my new Tiguan.

Very impressed with the service at this location. Damien Claeys was over the top professional, helpful and friendly. I have been visiting Montreal and had ongoing concerns with my diesel Tourag. I took it to a location in Ottawa and Montreal but the problems were not resolved and we were getting very frustrated. so we tried Park Avenue Volkswagen. The difference was screamingly different. They were SO professional and took great care of us. Long story short, they took a very comprehensive look at my car (which was not done by the other 2 dealers) and found a fairly major problem, requiring $10k in parts and $5k in labour.......be still my heart.........but no! The great news it was covered under warranty - NO COST TO ME! It took a few days for parts to come in and the work to get done but they communicated every step of the way and returned my car earlier than I expected. All and all an amazing experience. Thank you Damien for all your kindness and assistance. It felt like we were working with a good friend.
