Service Valet Program

Our Service Valet Program is available at no charge to all Volkswagen owners.

We are also at your disposal if you need to go to a service appointment: one of our employees will pick up the vehicle at your home and return it to the original address. You can also take advantage of our payment at home service.

Payment at home

No need to travel to pay your bill at the service department: benefit from the payment at home when your vehicle is returned by one of our valets.

Process Example

Scheduling

- Request valet parking from one of our consultants;
- We will set up an appointment with you for the vehicle pick-up.

Pick-up

- We will confirm the pick-up time on the morning of the appointment.
- The valet will contact you when they leave the dealership to let you know their estimated time of arrival.
- The valet will confirm arrival at your home address.

Servicing

- The advisor will perform the exterior inspection of the vehicle, provide you with the results and confirm the work to be done.
- The service manager or his delegate will approve the repair order.
- The service manager or his delegate will approve the repair order.

Delivery

- The consultant will contact you to confirm that the work has been completed, arrange for mobile payment and confirm the drop-off period.
- One of our valets will contact you when they leave the dealership to let you know their estimated time of arrival.
- The valet will arrange for mobile payment (if applicable) upon arrival at the drop-off location and return the vehicle keys to you.
